You will walk a portable 7 circuit labyrinth,watching your steps,your breath and your thoughts. We will learn to make a classical Labyrinth. You will make a t-shirt at home between the first and second class meeting,using medicine wheel symbols and wesr your shirt on a walk at the Labyrinth in Elgin,which is based on the Labyrinth at the Chartes Notre Dame Cathedral in France.
